whether you want to exercise, relax, or maybe even a blend of both, private sessions offer a personalized approach to receive an experience completely tailored for you.

what to expect

movement, stillness, breath. it all starts with a conversation to understand your goals and what you're looking to receive. we can build energy, or we can ground down and surrender.

 

i've studied and trained in a variety of modalities that are complementary to the movement we will create, offering the most bespoke, catered, adaptable experience for you. the choice of yoga or pilates is up to you, and depending on what your goals are, you can expect elements of the following to be weaved into our time together:

         vinyasa yoga flow

         mat pilates

         kundalini, shaking, free movement

         breathwork (up regulation or down regulation)

         yin, myofascial release

         EFT/body tapping, progressive muscle relaxation, somatic release

         thai bodywork

         self massage, lymphatic drainage

         guided meditation, yoga nidra, restorative movement

logistics

there is a lot of flexibility in the logistics, which can be decided when we plan your session(s). private sessions can be conducted at my house, your house, or a third party location, and i have a number of props available for use during our time together.
